Skills: Maintenance Manager with 8-10 years of experience leading TPM and RCM programs in high-volume manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of reducing unplanned downtime by 30%+ through predictive maintenance strategies including vibration analysis and thermographic inspection.

If you've modernized a maintenance program before and want to do it again, Led a cross-functional RCA initiative using FMEA and 5 Why methodology that identified chronic failure patterns on three critical assets, reducing MTTR and saving annually in reactive repair costs, along with Managed a $1.8M maintenance budget across a medium to large facility, overseeing a team of 10-14 technicians in mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines while maintaining OSHA and LOTO compliance with zero recordable incidents.

What you\'ll own

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines, hiring, scheduling, and developing your people
• Own the preventive and predictive maintenance program: build it, improve it, and hold the team accountable to it
• Drive equipment uptime and minimize unplanned downtime
• Manage the maintenance budget, parts inventory, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost control and ROI
• Partner with production and EHS to ensure equipment readiness, safety compliance, and OSHA adherence
• Lead root cause analysis on recurring failures and implement lasting corrective actions
• Support capital projects, from specification through installation and qualification
• Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data integrity and reporting

What we\'re looking for

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with at least 2 in a supervisory or management role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across production equipment
• Hands-on experience building or improving a PM/PdM program
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a maintenance team accountable
• Comfortable with CMMS platforms and basic maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, or controls troubleshooting
• TPM, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), or Lean manufacturing background
• CMRP certification or similar
• Familiarity with high speed manufacturing
• Track/record managing a maintenance budget
