Job summary
Voltava, a premier global manufacturing partner, seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will support uptime and efficiency through preventive maintenance, machine performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work independently and with teams to ensure equipment operates safely, while aligning with quality, safety, and production goals. High school diploma or related technical certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
- Knowledge of robotics, mechanical, welding, and electrical systems.
- PLC troubleshooting and ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Support production uptime and efficiency through PM and improvements.
- Analyze machine performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work safely following lockout/tagout and other safety procedures.
