Job summary

Valeo North America is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to maximize equipment availability and lead maintenance teams across production facilities. You will implement maintenance strategies, TPM, and QRQC practices while driving cost efficiency and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5-7+ years in industrial maintenance. You will coordinate with procurement, mentor technicians, and contribute to new equipment launches within a global mobility context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 5-7+ years of experience in a similar industrial facility maintenance position.
• Experience with project management, time and materials management and success measurement.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment availability and manage maintenance teams.
• Implement TPM/QRQC and training programs.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance and manage maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with purchasing on parts, contracts and standard parts.
• Drive maintenance strategy and kaizen activities to reduce downtime.
