Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance, respond quickly to service requests, and manage preventative tasks across the property. You will oversee pool, landscaping, appliances, and inspections while delivering excellent resident service.

The role emphasizes a proactive, professional attitude, a valid driver's license, and experience in a supervisory capacity. Certifications such as CPO or EPA are a plus.

Qualificações

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
