Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an Apartment Maintenance professional to service properties in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes resident care, timely maintenance responses, and a pathway to supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenance. A plumbing license and EPA/CPO credentials are a plus; valid license required. Excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and provide excellent resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Assist and supervise housing maintenance tasks as needed.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, and inspections.
• Keep work area and supplies organized and stocked.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
