Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Maintenance professional to own and execute service requests at our properties. You will ensure resident satisfaction through proactive maintenance, timely responses, and quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach with opportunities to lead, participate in preventative maintenance, and grow within a best-in-class property management environment. A valid driver’s license and plumbing credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area, tools and equipment and inventory supplies.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
