Pegasus Residential, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Statesboro, GA to lead property maintenance and ensure excellent resident service. This role emphasizes ownership of on-site tasks, safety, and team coordination.

Responsibilities include performing resident requests, supervising maintenance activities, and overseeing preventative maintenance such as pool and lighting. A valid license and relevant certifications enhance candidacy.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!

Responsabilités

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
