Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado Springs to lead property maintenance and ensure excellent resident service. The role requires overseeing repairs, scheduling preventative tasks, and maintaining high safety and quality standards across pools, grounds, and appliances.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.

• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool and exterior lighting.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
