Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance professional in Denver to lead on-site maintenance operations. You will respond to resident requests, manage preventive tasks, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high-quality service for residents and properties.

Applicants should hold a plumbing license (or be a certified plumber) and demonstrate strong customer service. On-site duties include pool maintenance, lighting, and inspections, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license is required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff or desire to move into supervision is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset to serve residents and property teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Own your role at the property and service residents with great customer service.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, and inspections.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demeanor on site.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
