Qualifications

• 2 years apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and assist with pool and grounds upkeep; learn new skills as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
