Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Colorado Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents and maintain the property. You will own your role at the property, handle service requests, and collaborate with the team to keep buildings in excellent condition.

The position offers benefits such as weekly on-call bonus, paid certifications (CPO/HVAC), a cell phone stipend, PTO, holidays, full medical, 401k with company match, and growth opportunities. A valid driver’s license is required.

• 2 years apartment maintenance experience
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus
