Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Management Maintenance professional to support maintenance across our Denver properties. The role involves fulfilling resident service requests, performing pool and grounds upkeep, and maintaining appliances with a customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have a plumbing license or EPA/CPO certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to advance into supervisory responsibilities within a best-in-class landlord portfolio.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Perform pool maintenance, grounds, and appliance upkeep.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool and exterior lighting.
• Maintain clean work area, tools and inventory of supplies.
• Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
