Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in North Carolina is seeking an experienced apartment maintenance professional. You will own the role at the property, service residents with top‑notch customer care, and complete service requests efficiently.

The position supports supervisory duties and includes pool, grounds, and appliance tasks. Requirements include a valid plumbing license, driver’s license, and a strong, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Own your role and serve residents with strong customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Desire or experience in a supervisory role.
• Pool, grounds, and appliance maintenance experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and participate in preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Provide customer-focused maintenance at the property.
• Support or assume supervisory duties as needed.
• Maintain pool, exterior lighting, and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and inventories up to date.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license

• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
