Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Community Service Manager/Maintenance Supervisor for on-site property maintenance and resident service leadership. You will own the role, lead maintenance tasks, and ensure timely responses to resident requests while coordinating a team and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications include plumbing certification, driver’s license, and willingness to supervise. The role includes on-site duties with emphasis on preventative maintenance and quality service.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience with skills such as: Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances
• EPA or CPO certification a plus
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
