Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site teams, manage the Make Ready process, and ensure property standards. The role includes maintaining safety, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors to keep the property in top condition.

The position requires prior supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on cost-conscious upkeep and resident satisfaction. On-site work with regular hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff and evaluate performance.
• Oversee the Make Ready process from start to finish per policy.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Maintain inventory and order parts and tools within budget.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property; report issues.
