Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team, perform technical and mechanical work, and ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

You will manage work orders, supervise the Make Ready process, inspect contractor work, maintain inventory and budget compliance, and lead safety meetings while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in property maintenance.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Manage work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budget for maintenance/capital expenses.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
