Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance, repair, and preventative care for multifamily properties. You will lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety standards and quality across all common areas and facilities.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, EPA certifications, and experience with property management software. Strong communication and budget-conscious mindset are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA standards knowledge and MSDS regulations.
• Experience: 1-3 years supervisory/management in property maintenance preferred.
• Certifications: EPA Type I/II or Universal; Certified Pool Operator or Certified Spa/Pool Operator.
• Software: Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of building, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards.
• Lead maintenance team; hire, orient, train, and evaluate staff.
• Review and process work orders from residents; diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance; manage inventory and supplies.
