Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, grounds, and common areas across properties. You will supervise the maintenance team, hire and train staff, and handle work orders from residents while ensuring safety, quality, and cost controls.

Strong knowledge of maintenance standards and EPA/OSHA guidelines is essential, with certifications and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus; supervisory experience of 1–3 years.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team, hire and train staff.
• Manage work orders and routine upkeep per policy.
• Inspect work by staff and vendors; ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
