RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, lead the maintenance team, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

You will manage repairs, Make Ready processes, and work orders, while coordinating with the Community Manager on budgeting and inventory. Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Supervisory experience is valued.
• Experience: 1-3 years leading maintenance staff or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team and evaluate staff performance.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process per policies.
• Handle work orders and resident maintenance requests.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with Community Manager for supplies.
• Assist in budget development and cost-control measures.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
