Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property remains compliant with policies and standards. You will oversee a maintenance team, manage service requests, and ensure timely, quality work across multiple trades.

Responsibilities include repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more; overseeing safety, budget adherence, and on-call support; and mentoring staff while maintaining resident satisfaction and curb

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property.
• Review service requests and prioritize timely completion.
• Oversee safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance areas.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage emergencies as needed.
