Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at the assigned property. You will ensure upkeep, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing the maintenance team and budget, with a focus on resident satisfaction and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, performing repairs across systems, and coordinating with the property manager on emergencies, safety, and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure timely service requests.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and grounds.
