Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at the property, ensuring compliance with policies and standards while contributing to the property budget. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely, quality repairs.

You will perform diverse maintenance tasks—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry—while mentoring staff, maintaining safety, delivering great curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, carpentry and related trades.
• Review and manage work orders to meet company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and risk management per regulations and company policies.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property leadership.
