Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations for the assigned property. You will ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations while managing the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include coordinating service requests, supervising carpentry and repair tasks, and maintaining budget adherence. Excellent customer service and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Must have general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage work orders, respond to service requests, and supervise maintenance staff.
