Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the property meets all safety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate service requests, unit make-readies, and preventative tasks to keep residents satisfied and properties compliant.

Responsibilities include mentoring the maintenance team, monitoring budgets, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and standards.
• Manage service requests, unit make-ready standards, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal at the property.
• Monitor maintenance costs and ensure alignment with property budget.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager.
