Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure property compliance with company standards and regulations. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage service requests, and uphold safety and quality across the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), proactive maintenance, and budget adherence while delivering excellent resident experiences and professional property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and service requests.
• Review progress of requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to issues promptly following policy and safety rules.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect property grounds and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergencies and coordinate with property leadership.
