Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep at the assigned property. You will ensure compliance with policies and every applicable regulation, while managing the maintenance budget and service quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance team, tracking service requests, and performing a range of repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks and unit make-readies.
• Review service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy with professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect property grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergencies and on-call maintenance schedules.
