Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company standards and all regulations. You will oversee a maintenance team, drive timely service, and supervise repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds work.

Responsibilities include budget adherence, safety leadership, and mentoring the team while maintaining high resident satisfaction and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-readies.
• Review service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy.
• Perform repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundswork.
• Inspect property grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Manage work orders and budget adherence.
• Mentor maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with property manager on emergencies and risks.
