Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property compliance with company standards and regulations. You will manage service requests, drive timely repairs, and monitor safety and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, coordinating with the property manager, and mentoring staff while maintaining high cleanliness and curb appeal for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly in line with policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections and ensure timely unit turns.
