Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and top-quality service for residents and properties. You will manage a maintenance team, respond to service requests, and oversee budgets while upholding Avenue5 policies.

The role requires hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, plus at least three years in property management or related fields, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and all regulations.
Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards.
Perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, grounds).
Monitor safety and risk management; adherence to budget.
