Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Sarasota, FL to oversee property maintenance, safety, and team performance. You will lead a maintenance crew, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure high standards for buildings, grounds, and amenities.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisor experience, knowledge of Entrata/Yardi or OneSite, and EPA/HVAC credentials or ability to obtain them. Full-time, on-site position with benefits and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and knowledge of OSHA standards/MSDS regulations.
• Technical degree preferred and experience in apartment maintenance helpful.
• Proven leadership, communication, and budgeting abilities for a property team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and supervise make-ready process.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage service requests and repairs.
• Review work orders, diagnose defects, and ensure safety and code compliance.
