Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Sarasota, FL to lead a maintenance team and ensure property standards. You will diagnose and repair issues, supervise staff, manage work orders, and oversee vendor relationships to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appeal across the property.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a focus on cost controls and safety compliance. Flexibility to work weekends and varying site hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• EPA I/II or Universal; Certified Pool Operator is a plus.
• Driver's license required; OSHA and MSDS knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Hire, train, and orient new staff; manage Make Ready process.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and handle resident service requests.
• Inspect work by contractors; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory, coordinate supplies, and assist budgeting for maintenance/capital items.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues; perform other duties as assigned.
