RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Bradenton, FL site. The role oversees the maintenance team, coordinates work orders, and ensures indoor/outdoor spaces meet safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.

You will train staff and manage vendor interactions while upholding company policies. The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience and a background in apartment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years leading maintenance teams.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train maintenance team; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Handle work orders and routine upkeep; diagnose defects and perform repairs.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory; coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
• Support safety meetings; ensure compliance with safety laws and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and other duties as assigned.
