RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure property standards across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

You will supervise, hire, and train staff; manage work orders and preventative maintenance; and maintain safety, quality, and budget alignment on a multifamily property in Florida. Strong communication and hands-on troubleshooting skills are essential.

• Oversee maintenance team and guide employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Assist with budgeting and cost-control through prudent repairs.
