Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Aspire on 10th in Sarasota, FL. You will lead the maintenance team, supervise the Make Ready process, and ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, inspecting work, maintaining inventory, and assisting with budgets. You will partner with the Community Manager and vendors while upholding safety and quality across the property.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and delivery skills with the ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting.
• Strong knowledge of property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance team and assists in employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversees Make Ready process from start to finish per policies.
• Diagnoses and repairs issues from resident service requests and routine upkeep.
• Inspects work by team and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies within budget.
• Assists Community Manager with maintenance and capital expense budgets.
• Performs monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures as required.
• Ensures safety compliance and proper documentation.
