Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our multifamily properties in the Sarasota area. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule and perform preventive maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards across buildings and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet company standards.
• Manage maintenance team, conduct interviews, onboarding, and training; oversee Make Ready process per policy.
• Handle resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Inspect work, manage contractors, ensure quality and budget compliance, and assist in budgeting for maintenance/capital expenses.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance and safety meetings, maintain safety and compliance with rules.
