Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage a team across multiple trades. The role includes budgeting input and ensuring high-quality unit turns and curb appeal.

You will mentor the maintenance team, monitor service requests, and coordinate with property leadership to maintain safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction at the Spokane Valley property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain work order systems and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and related trades.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
