Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will support the maintenance team, manage tasks, and uphold safety standards while maintaining curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You will perform diverse repairs, coordinate preventative maintenance, inspect grounds and common areas, and respond to emergencies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as per state guidelines.
• Carry out carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, ceramic tile repair.
• Conduct proactive preventative maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Daily inspection of property grounds, buildings and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call rotations as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure professional conduct.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
