Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and the property’s physical upkeep. You will ensure compliance with policies, safety and local regulations while leading a maintenance team and managing service requests.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, driving timely repairs, and monitoring costs within the approved budget, all while promoting a high standard of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure upkeeping of the property.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Review progress of tasks and identify chronic issues for resolution.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related maintenance tasks.
• Manage safety, risk, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff and collaborate with property manager.
