Avenue5 Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our Spokane Valley property. You will lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage a team to uphold safety and quality standards across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.

You will also oversee service requests, coordinate with property leadership, and monitor budgets while promoting excellent resident service and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and service requests to meet unit standards.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call rotations as required.
