Avenue5 Residential in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations. You will oversee service requests, unit turnovers, and contractor coordination while maintaining safety and high-quality property standards.

You will manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks, mentor the team, and handle on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carpentry tasks including wallboard, countertops, doors, and tile repairs.
• Proactive preventative maintenance and safety/risk management.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to residents' satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call rotations as needed.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team.
