Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations.

You will lead the maintenance team, manage service requests, monitor safety, budget adherence, and preventive maintenance, while mentoring staff and upholding the highest standards of curb appeal and resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and federal/state/local regulations.
• Lead maintenance team and ensure service requests are completed timely.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor budgets and assist with expense planning.
• Mentor maintenance staff and manage on-call rotation as needed.
• Coordinate with property manager on emergencies and incidents.
