Asset Living seeks a capable Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations across the community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while guiding staff and coordinating vendors to ensure high-quality property upkeep.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and OSHA/Fair Housing awareness. Strong leadership and budgeting skills help keep facilities compliant and well-maintained.

Formación

• EPA & CPO certification is required.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Manage inventories and budget compliance for the community.
• Lead on-call emergency responses at the community.
• Ensure accurate records of work orders and inspections.
