Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a community. The role reports to the Community Manager and includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and EPA/CPO certification; HVAC certification is a plus. On-site work, weekend/on-call duties, and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required; enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidance.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program and ensure proper documentation.
