Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a community. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff while ensuring safety and compliance.

This role involves coordinating with the Community Manager, supervising maintenance staff, managing vendors, and maintaining records. On-call availability and physical requirements are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Able to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
