Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community. You will manage staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering excellent resident experiences.

The role requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and knowledge of EPA/OSHA requirements. A High School Diploma and relevant certifications are required, with HVAC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management for the community and staff.
• Regular on-site attendance required.
• Respond to resident and management work orders and requests.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain inventory and purchasing within budget guidelines.
• Promote safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
