Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff/vendors to ensure safe, well‑maintained properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, inspecting facilities daily, and maintaining records of maintenance, safety, and make‑ready tasks. On‑call emergencies and adherence to OSHA/ EPA standards are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily maintenance operations and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage resident/work orders; ensure timely repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas; identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance inventory and procure supplies within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff; train and schedule activities; monitor performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resident relations; uphold community policies.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

On-site software familiarity / basic computer skills

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
