Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community. You will oversee service requests, manage staff, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires high school diploma, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA rules. On-call duties and campus upkeep are expected as part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds and units daily for safety and repairs.
• Manage inventory and procurement within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
