Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative work, and vendor coordination. You will supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and partner with the Community Manager to maintain property quality.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and basic on-site software skills. This is a full-time on-site role with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors.
• Inspect grounds and units to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Plan budget-conscious maintenance and manage supplies inventory.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and unit make-readies.
