Job summary

Asset Living in the United States seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, lead staff, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality work across service requests and preventive maintenance. • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
