Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering high-quality customer service to residents.

You will manage preventative maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination, keeping accurate records and maintaining budgets. A HS diploma and EPA/CPO may be required, HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for community properties.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders and resident requests.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify safety hazards and address them.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget and maintain records.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
